REVERSE PROSPECTING! One of our favorite tools inside the CHIME CRM is the Reverse Prospecting! Use the Listing Discovery Tool to view your listings, your Teams Listings or set up your own "HOT SHEETS" for all listings (Start with the areas you farm).. maybe set one search for new listings and another for Price Reductions then check them weekly to see which leads in your system "match" these listings and send them a text or email! You can send multiple texts or emails and see what criteria a lead matches with a listing!
