REMAX Launches Loyalty Program That Rewards Agent Engagement

Through the new MAXEngage app, REMAX agents can partake in challenges that inspire business growth, strengthen network connections and earn points that yield rewards.

2025 is a year of innovation for REMAX. And among myriad enhancements to its ever-expanding value proposition, REMAX has a new, interactive way for affiliates to take advantage of everything the brand has to offer.
MAXEngageSM, a gamified, easy-to-use app, empowers real estate agents to build their businesses bigger in a fun, creative and competitive way. The concept debuted onstage at the 2025 REMAX R4 convention in February.
“With the launch of MAXEngage, REMAX is the first global real estate franchisor brand fueling its agents with a loyalty and rewards program,” says Travis Saxton, Executive Vice President of Strategy for RE/MAX Holdings, Inc. “This exclusive app is yet another competitive edge for REMAX agents that supports business growth and our commitment to deliver the best experience in all things real estate.”
Within the MAXEngage app, users can partake in socially led challenges that tap into various REMAX resources and encourage them to get louder about their business. Challenges available at launch are focused on winning in the digital realm by embracing the refreshed REMAX logo and generating social media content. Over time, new challenges will include tasks like completing education courses, creating great listing presentations, sharing referrals and more.
When users complete these challenges, they earn points and badges that ultimately correlate to redeemable, real-life rewards (a feature available to U.S. and Canadian users now and coming to the global audience soon, too.) In addition to being able to track their own personal performance and progress within the app, REMAX agents can check out how they stack up against others through the global leaderboard.
MAXEngage is available to all members of the REMAX network – a community of more than 145,000 entrepreneurs worldwide. The app is currently configured for English and Spanish, and will soon be accessible in French, Chinese, Portuguese and Arabic, too.
A digitized central gathering space, MAXEngage also allows users to chat with others through the app’s community forum, a spot for meaningful connection and idea-sharing inspiration. Plus, it’s where agents can learn tips and tricks for using tech tools, hear about upcoming education opportunities, and more.
