Requirement for Condo and HOA Board Members in 2024

In 2024 the Florida Legislature passed legislation stating Condo and Homeowners Association Board Members are required to take a board certification course within 90 days of appointment . Any Director already on the board prior to July 1, 2024, must complete this certification before June 30, 2024.
