Rider GG – Use and Misuse

Rider GG is intended to be used when the buyer wants the seller or seller’s agent to pay some or all of buyer’s agent’s compensation, but an agreement has not yet been signed.

Rider GG is unnecessary if a compensation agreement has already been reached with seller or listing broker and the compensation agreement has been FULLY EXECUTED prior to the contract being negotiated and exec.
